There are two spiritual practices which Dr. Hawkins recommends. First, he encourages us the proper contemplation, which is a variation of meditation in which we consciously focus on a spiritual suspected. Second, he encourages us to practice “random acts of kindness” at year ’round with no expectation of reward or recognition.
